HP Absorb.what is the % of the dameg that is tuned in to hp at lv 1

Lv1: 1/15 (6.67%) damage returned as HP
Lv2: 1/10 (10.00%) damage returned as HP
Lv3: 1/6 (16.67%) damage returned as HP

Does the hp steal PA for cards get SE3 as well?

Mayalee Hit, Ultimate Card PA #1, Nei Claw, and Megiverse all have Hp Steal.

Seeing how bullets dictate effects on all other ranged items, probably not. But maybe there will be a twin HP steal pa.

Not very useful on Acrofighters, either. For HP regen I'd rather use Mayalee Hit because it's about the only thing Handguns are useful for, yet Cards have tons of use in that their elemental bullets are powerful. Unless you really despise Handguns then sure, maybe it'd be useful, but Mayalee Hit with a grinded Varista is pretty sexy.
