Skip to last line to save explanation on why I need such information

I'm trying to level my bullets while AFK (it works quite well, actually) and I've run into some things that I want to speed up. In order for my method to work, the PP regen on the weapon needs to be less than the bullet's cost.

Tenora Twin Handgun regen: 7 per tick
Twin Handgun bullet at Lv1-10: 8

It works and I can level 1-11 overnight (which I've done twice now.) At Lv11-20, a bullet cost 10 PP, which is lower than G.R.M. or Yohmei's regen.

This is where the PP Save comes in. The save says that PP use is reduced to 75%, but doesn't mention if the game rounds up or down. 75% of 10 is obviously 7.5 PP, which can either work wonderfully for my method, or break it entirely.

So, PSOW, without me taking too much time to confirm it myself, does anyone know if PP Costs round up when using a Giga / Save unit?

Te / PP Generate added 2PP to PP regeneration.

That would work just as well... I just need to get my hand on one. Thank you

I personally would use Yohmei, since it's weaker than Tenora, and at least seems to have a better PP regen rate.

I found the Te / PP Generate on my first and only De Rol Le run.. lucky me. It'd still be nice to know the answer though.

Note: I'm using the Vahra Leader in Mad Creatures S, but if you shoot him he can't heal. So I need the gun to run out for a full tick so he can fully heal, and then it's fine again

Shouldn't you run out of pp with your twin handguns faster than pp regeneration anyways?

Try going to scarred planet S. The monsters there are over level 100, and if you know what you're doing, there should be no way to kill em with any gun, while still damaging them. yes, even if you're 120.

I need to do Scared Planet in a few days to lvl up my shots AFK, going with Yohmei vs the other bra
nds for weaker shots. With a Gt it should go pretty quick with a Bullet Save and PP regen considering most of my shots are already 21+

Good question. I never really calculated that exact round up/round down amount. I tend to use both Bullet Save and Te/PP Generate, when I can.

dunno if this will be of any help but i did try a giga bullet save on my shotty and on a 21+ bullet it used 4 pp less than normal.

Twin Mayalee 1-10 as FGunner costs 14
With my PP save, it goes down 11.

75% of 14 is 10.5 and becomes 11.

Base cost is 18; 75% (Fortegunnre discount) is 13.5 and becomes 14.

Basically, it rounds up, twice.
