That's a good question. I've been studing :E for years (along side other ;( and other oddies) and I've come to the conclusion that :E is a lifestyle. :E is the ska boi who rebels against the corporate world. :E is the emo who just wants to end it all but the thought of going with it is too depressing. :E is the web cam that captures celebrity sex tapes and distrubutes on the net for 19.99...whatever you like it or not :E is the writer's block and inspiration. :E is the spotted dick you left in the refrigator for too long. Above all, :E is GOD.

Granted I may have misinterpreted :E 61:66 and 12:69 but I think my interpretation is very accurate.
