There is no such thing as RAcast. Do you mean HUcast or RAcaseal? Either of those should focus on ATP anyways.

As for your RAcast, I would suggest going for ATA first at lower levels. Than work on ATP when you get into higher levels.

Personally, I think you should raise a fairly high DEX Mag and just chow down on Power & Defense Materials.

What I suggest: 50-50 split between ATP and ATA. Of course, by this I mean your mag, that is.
