Yes. Humans only get boosts for hybrid classes, and the "basic" classes (Hunter, Force, Ranger)

They do get a bonus for any class but Forte.

I have a question to add to that then; Would a Human Protranser be better then a Cast Protranser? Better in the sense of HP/ATP.

Hmm hp probably, but for atp Casts hands down.
