Right? Are they cat ears, or a cat band, or am I just wrong about that? If they are, where do I get 'em?

okay - on the 3rd floor in the red room its called LUMILASS. Costs 2500 to change your hair. not bad actually.

Go to the counter and go change your hairstyle. Cycle through to find a good hair style.... THEN hit the NEXT BUTTON.

FOr some strange reason - the hairstyle you want has say 4 to 8 different "hats". Some are big bonets, some are flowers in hair, some are headbands or eyeglasses. But some have your cat ears.

Sad that you cannot have any hair you want - you need to pick the hairstyle that has the cat ears. If you dont like the twin pig tails youre stuck if you want the neko cat ears.

AND you can't wear a hat and glasses - you can only pick one or the other.

Saddest thing of all is that there are only two (maybe just the one) hairstyle that supports monocle!

I can only assume its because they will drop into peoples champagne as the next event is announced. Health and safety you see.
