How do you get to dancing birds?

What is the path to get there by step?

you go thru forested islands and when you get to shinkon tanze route (the next area(if its spelled right)) then you go all th way to the right and then youll see a mission counter thing and thats hills of spores then you beat taht and youll find dancing birds
