several people have said that right after the winter event PSU missions will have AOI drop rates so is this true?

Tunnel Recovery has already been readjusted. Hopefully some of the really old ones like Rainbow Beast are readjusted.

hopefully soon. japan just got the update, so expect it anywhere between now and 3 months. i'm crossing my fingers that this will be sooner, because the event drop rates were ass.

The drop change was a system rebalance update, so we should get it after the Winter Event.

Well, we got the rod balance at the same time as Japan, along with the slicer balance before them. If this trend continues, the Winter Event is the only thing that's causing its delay.
