Serene? WTF? When has FKL ever been serene? Last time I checked we've even managed to tick you off a few times, and people outside FKL had nothing to do with it. Then you would leave for awhile and come back about a week later. Half of our jokes revolve around insults, and while we know we're not serious, some others are foolish enough to think we are. FKL is far from serene. You could say they change or interupt the flow of FKL, but this place has ccertainly never been serene.

Anyways, in the end, change happens. It's inevitable. The FKL now is very diffrent in some aspects to what it once was. Anyone who sticks around for awhile and mingles gets absorbed here. Hardly anyone ever starts out great.

I know I didn't. When shligger and dizzy first started they were found to be annoying. When Ronin first came here we gave him hell about all his images, and now he no longer does it and everyone sees him as a good member. I wasn't around here for everyone's first time here, but for the most part it never goes off well in the beginning. Shit happens, it's unavoidable. You can drop out of FKL like many many vets I've known in the past or you can continue to stay and at least contribute to the parts you like. It's your own choice.

yeah i too am guilty of appearing here from PSU general. I posted a poll which was a) related to the game, b) related to a specific facet of the game, and c) somewhat off kilter

as a result, i violated the following psu general rules
1) you must talk about items, your character, your epeen
2) you posted something that was remotely funny and enjoyed by more than one person
3) you must be serious on a serious forum for a serious... game

all in all once I got over the initial shock, I'm quite glad I was led here. FKL is easily one of the better forums (in terms of entertainment) I have even witnessed.
