how much is the BlackHeart Saber online? and whats the level Cap online?

I've seen Blackheart Saber for 25 millions to 70 millions Ps2/Pc version.There is one BH saber for 70Millions though.It's a 42% fire and the lvl cap is 120 at the moment.Anything else you need to know?

I didn't play the offline mode much.If I'm not mistaken,I heard it was 100.I'm really not sure about it.
