is this going to be a new planet?

It's accessible from the Space Port, after Episode 3 Chapter 3 is released, like the HIVE. Not really a new planet like you can walk around a city on it, it's more like a set of lobbies like HIVE, though storyline-wise, Yes, it's a new planet.

I wish it was a 'Real' Planet like Parum, Moatoob and Neudaiz...It would be a High Tech/Colony type landscape...

I don't think Rykros of the original Phantasy Star was much of a large-scale planet...

No, it was a planet. Smaller than the other ones, but it had three dungeons on it as well as a Silence Tower. (Silence tower is too simplistic IMO to be counted as a proper dungeon, as it only had one floor)

You mean Phantasy Star 4. And yes, it was small, but that don't mean you couldn't have a colony or a small base there.

The Japanese have been playing around on it for a month or more. There are 2 or 3 missions and a couple lobbies set there, not counting the Max Attack G even missions or the rare Moatoob mission Phantom Forest which is tied to Rycross.
