Well, its probably a little early yet today to get any info outta anyone....but just wondering if theres any items or anything that can be obtained from the Newman Knights thing?? A nifty room decoration, perhaps?? If so, ill have to go dust off my alt...otherwise its back to berating all non-CASTs like i normally do...

Posters are linked to your account so unless they make them trading able they wont give out posters.

Where are you going with this?? We all have 4 characters that can be placed on one account....I have a CAST main...and 3 other alts...one of which is a newman. Posters are room decorations. Are posters some kind of special room decoration that cant be placed in your common box?? That would be news to me....

But according to the item database...wall decorations and 'poster' room decorations are just that...room decorations. PA fragments are a completely different beast altogether.

And I think we're getting off-track here....the thread was started because i wanted info about potentially getting free stuff(and to a lesser degree to be a Maya-perv).

I will seriously hate this event if they hand out Karen Erra partner cards, because the first event starts when I have to go to work, so I'm gonna miss out on the event. Other than that, I guess I don't really care about it if they hand out anything else.

I doubt they'd make everyone just look for them. I'm expecting one of the server-wide news ticker things to go up announcing where the GMs will be stationed for the event.

um the only posters we jhave so far are from story missions, if they release posters other ways they would likely be tradeable, like poster deco boards, posters in the remodeling shop, traded by GMs, etc

well, it is done, and I had NO IDEA WTF happened. Maya and Karen (in Meri outfit) came out, trotted around with a sworm of people surrounding them constantly, then after 45 minutes dissapered. I saw a couple "thank you"s pop up, so I guess some people may have got somethig, but there seemed to be no attempt at organization; save for the ticker announcements to go to unis 9-11

Well, I was on Uni 10, Xbox, for the duration and I saw Karen all of 3 times and Maya 4 times. Karen just said "There are so many of you that showed up!" and Maya just yelled for everyone to "Dance!" then wondered where Karen went. I personally didn't get a present, card or poster. Ummm. It's a 3 hour time conversion, not 4. Current time here on the West coast (PST) is 12:11PM, and on the East coast it is 15:11PM aka 3:11PM.

Found Karen during the event, she's a lvl 10 wartecher, has 1 million meseta, lvl 70, uses Dual Stream, Hanmateri, Cometara, Pegi, Solid Line, her PAs are: Twin Daggers - Renkai Buyou-zan lvl 21 and Foie, Zalure & Resta lvl 21...

Alright, I managed to find Maya and Karen, but didn't stay with them long as I instead opted to have a talk with Helper-Elf instead..

Things that were learned:

-Maximum Attack G will be officially announced around the end of February.
-PC/PS2 is getting a patch (PSU AotI ver. 2.004 or something) that will fix graphic/sound issues (as well as other things, such as Grinders). This is supposed to be in the near future.
-The other update page found (http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/community_quests.php?item=20080129b) will be done on February 8th.
-The next scheduled update will be on February 22nd.
-Some other things, maybe someone else can add.

No it's really pretty frivolous, but I found it amusing and the turnout was good. Maya and Karen really didn't do anything. Helper Elf was interesting however. Maya and Karen were in uni 10, and Helper Elf on 9. He had a rather small crowd around him and was answering specific questions. He also mentioned they were going to make an announcement publicly today where they were going to be appearing, but had technical issues and couldn't.
