I haven't played PSU in a while, now i see the expansion is finally out but i dont have it yet. if i activate my Gaurdian Licence again, can i still log into PSU1? and then later when i get PSU2, can i log into that without further action?

what about all my contacts? will I be able to mail to anybody in AoI(from just PSU)? and if not, is there any way to find people i used to know?
