GC: PSO Touches you

Well..it does.
The magical feeling of playing PSO, hahaha. At least for me, I love playing PSO. Especially the music. It touches me. This may sound corny, but hey, i cant help it if it has nice music.

I was playing a quest today...a quest I don't remember from the DC days. It invlolved rescuing an android girl named Ult. It was the best quest. Ever. The story was very nice for such a small quest. It was to be dramatic, I was touched...in a way. The girl android died..and yeah..that was it. During the last part where she is in the ruins about to die, they played the opening theme of PSO...in piano only. Boy was that kick ass. I stayed on the textboxes not pressing A just to listen to the beautiful music. But then I hurried up because I wanted to get it over with and because I thought u could listen to it in BGM test.. heh. Now i found out you cant ! Awww how gay is that.
Which was your favorite quest and why ?

Anyway...back to my point. Well, if you a REALLY true addict to PSO like I am, you know what I mean in this topic. I, myself, think it is the greatest game ever. This may sound crazy to some of you, but I dont think so, heh heh. It's just what I think, okay ? Hehe.

Just think if this game had talking cinematic scenes and each of the individual characters had their own story behind them and they would actually have voice overs....it would be a fricken dream come true. I would explode.

Yeah, I'm fairly sure it was JP language only, so those with US ver 2 wouldn't have known about it.

I listen to my music a lot as well(mix of electronica, punk, alternative, and a bunch of other stuff as well). PSO is a great game, but I don't play games for music. I hate game music. Call me crazy, but I don't think that sound is important in a game at all.

Anyway yeah, it was pretty funny because i did that soul of steel quest over today and i just stood in the town listening to the special music it had at the time. i did all for that, call me crazy, hahaha.

Anyway, yeah... I know what Tenshin is talking about. I get all nostalgic thinking about the first week or so that I played PSO. It was a magical happy fun time. Now it's just like a part of my life... eating, sleeping, school, PSO. Kinda sad, although I get that same feeling once in a while when I play with certain people. It's a nice little rush.

i used to like it but not any more it never changes unless you have a CD for that dude's shop(cant remenber name grrrr)so i got board and stared to play me bebop and MGS2 songs insted.i cant remenber the last time i payed for a cd.lol burns rock.

I dont know on what quest this song appears, but i remeber listening to it over and over when i completed the quest, apparently it only plays when you finished it (but u can also listen to it in the options menu) ... The first time i heard it, i placed my character in the huntersguild without accepting the hunters salary, cranked up the volume and got shivers all over... The music isnt that great in some places, its actually bad quite often.. But sometimes its pure magic...

The BEST music on the game is when you defeat Flow. I just stayed in the same place listening to it over and over again.

The music could have been better IMO. I think they should've just fill the whole thing with J-Pop (though the music where you fight Vol Opt and Dark Falz is cool).

i like the Ruins music... it sounds very hyped like you doing something for vengeance. and when you arent fighting any monsters... theres a small part of the music which makes you feel sad because it can remind you of Rico.... hows shes trapped and missing her father..

i dont really play the game offline so i just got to mines last night well 2 weeks a go i was playing graves butler and the ending was sad...a little girl whos parents never had time to play with her so her butler did and then they went on poineer 1 and died or something then mr smart one say ey u know what butler lets go to ragol so he gos to cave and dies and the girl is left alone and tells u to go back and it plays that happy u beat the misson thing (u know that dooodedodoo) then u go on the tranporter and the musics just all sad and just great i must say thats one of the sadest moments i ever seeen in a video game i mean it makes u wanna cry...i will forever remember that one...
