Seriously, use you're imagination, like first person to give you 50 di-photons gets the big prize, or first person to clear a story mission. Really, it's all up to you, and how you can manage such an event Although, I kinda like first to clear a story mission, but you probibly should have a friend waiting in the halfway lobby to ensure they are actually doing the missions.

The story mission thing can be variable however, seeing as some people never bother to do them, so they are stuck through all the cut-scenes while someone who has done it can just skip them.
