I find note seeds all the time in De Rol Le. Found 2 of them last night in one run.

You'll have the entire bell collection in no time while trying to find that Freeze Resist from De Rol Le S.

you could always go Grand Cross hunting ( Mother brain) and then end up with an inventory of Note seeds instead!

The best way of getting them is from player shops. They only go around 500 Meseta 3-5K at most. <.<

Hunted enough of them on De Rol Le on C, even ran into a few freeze / resist units as well. Seems pretty much any AoI boss mission will drop at least 1-2 for you, Mother Brain and De Rol Le giving them more often IMO.
