SEGA is having some problems with their billing site, and it's causing problems just like yours. I would check out the official support page, XGP.

Other than that I dunno how to fix it O:

Go to playsega and log on to your account. Check it there and see what the subscription says. If it says that it has expired there then look for a receipt and confirm that your account should be active. Once you have the proof send that proof one of the contact links either at playsega or at the official boards.

That's about all I can think to do.

If it's the same problem lot's of other people seem to be running into, it shouldn't take too long hopefully (error 65, I believe?). Good luck xgp and co.

I've got untill the 15th before my next billing session, hope they fix it before then.

Also, isn't this like, the third or fourth time this has happened?

Dunno, I think all you have to do for this is choose "New Subscription", and re-enter your info. My card was due to be re-billed on the 2nd, and I guess something on SEGA's end kept it from auto-renewing. I'm going to do a "New Subscription" and that will hopefully work.

edit: And now I'm getting Error 192, wonderful.

Mine just expired today (I was SUPPOSED to be billed a few days ago though), but all I needed to do was renew the subscription and I easily got back on.

Happened to me too. I checked to see if I was actually billed, and I was not (go figure). I decided to skip messing with SEGA's billing site and just cancel/renew. A LOT quicker. Check to see if you've been billed.
