Seeing as they've had their hands full with the Title Update Fiasco, the banning of grinder Gltichers, and this issue with accounts I would assume they are pretty swamped with e-mails. I would give it a week before you see anything being done, at least.

I don't think hes talking about the grinder glitch bans, (since he plays on the ps2/pc version) he is probably talking about how the billing site says inactive.

Yes, he is. My support ticket hasn't been updated, but it's been less than a day, so eh. Of course it seems most people are only having problems with their subscription mysteriously cancelling itself; I had that problem PLUS Error 192 when I tried to make a new sub -_-

i didn't get billed for Jan, and it was the day after the billing date that my account went inactive. once i got it going again i was billed for Feb 1st. i guess it's just something to do with the billing cycle for the new year? omg y2ghey? heh...

i still stay a sticky announcement about this would be nice, just so people know they aren't alone.
