Im not gonna argue with you, cuz its obvious you dont know what youre talking about.
If you wanna blame ST for anything, its for catching the bug in the title update too late. The issue was likely fixed long ago, and pushed through on PC/PS2 almost immediately. MS does not allow uncertified patches to to be pushed out. ST missed the window, and had to go to the back of the line to be re-certified. Working 24/7 has nothing to do with something thats now in MS hands....so again. Youre bawwwing at the wrong people. Furthermore, its you complaining....not me.

GUARDIANS BOOST ROAD

The GUARDIANS Boost Road will give you a special bonus for focusing your efforts into a set of missions for a limited time. The first Boost Road will start at the Moatoob Flyer Base and includes the following missions:

* System Defense
* Desert Terror
* Tunnel Recapture
* Caves of Ice
* Awoken Serpent

The more ranks you earn on all five of these missions the higher your drop rates for missions on the boost road will go up, to a maximum boost of 50%. Your bonus is based on which of the Boost Road missions you have done the least, so be sure to work on all five missions to most effectively build your bonus.

In future updates the Boost Road will be moved to other sets of missions. The Boost Road will also vary between different types of rewards, such as experience or mission points.

Love is in the air as Valentine's Day hits the Gurhal System with very special decorations! Take this time to find that special Guardian you've been thinking of and tell them how you feel. Keep an eye out for a special rare enemy who may be carrying a heart warming surprise.

Casino-Voloyal uniforms are now available for Females, including parts for CASTS.

New My Room items are now available in the variety shop and for exchange in the Casino. Some existing Casino items will no longer be available, but will return in rotation.


NEW PARTNER MACHINE UPGRADES (AMBITION OF THE ILLUMINUS ONLY)

Extra evolution devices for partner machinery have been added. They are useable on all GH4xx types if required conditions are met. And "GH470" and "GH480" are new partner machine models.

* EX Device GH42x Required: Battle Points over 15
* EX Device GH43x Required: Battle Points over 20

Inventory Expanding Device:

Just my little 2 cents for people who are complaining: At least we're getting an update and not getting completely abandoned by ST. Do you want your updates slightly later, or would you prefer we not get them at all?

And the title update won't be out for at LEAST another week? If we're lucky? By mentioning a fix was on the way and then not following through, Sonic Team allowed those exploiting glitches to "put their nuts away for a rainy day."

We are now in the fourth month of AOI, and at least four updates have been mismanaged. Please let Sonic Team know your displeasure - that you may take your gaming dollars elsewhere. I'm not quitting yet, but the general lack of effort and professionalism from Sonic Team in releasing already-coded updates is upsetting. I personally don't have a choice but to invest time in other games and other things. Just don't stay silent about this as we lose the little community we have left.

Actually according to people who found HelperBot during Newman Knights he hinted that we may be getting it sometime late Feb.
I really feel the gap started to get big becuase of the 1up cup being delayed so long, and us getting the Winter Event. If they hadn't bothered giving us the Winter Event odds are we would still be on a steady release schedule compared to JPN.

I really don't get why people are complaining about this. Seriously, we complain for no update, and when it comes finally get rid of the Winter Event and everybody complains that it wasn't enough of an update.
I look at it like this, I can finally do another mission besides The Protectors Alpha or Beta plus I can do all my old runs I did when the game came out with more rares. Not to mention more clothes (Waiwad /Hanaura colors and Casino clothes). To be honest, I am very happy that we are not being caught up right away. that way, now I can play the non-GBR missions for a week. Then I can get some rare shopping done before I wind up spamming moatoob to hell and back for GBR+Forest.

also I get to rappy hunt for Kohibumiteri (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/1608/kohibumiteri/) without being bugged by non-rappy missions.

So we are not being caught up right away. don't get your panties in a bunch; we will be caught up soon enough. so quit your bellyacheing and take your time on what we are given.

I personally did not want to be instantly caught up to PS2/PC as I feel we would have been given too much to do at once, a lot can be done in an extra week people.

lastly, to all of the people who are being quite verbal in their displeasure of how SEGA is handleing this game I ask this:
Why not go play a better game? obviously, none of us play this game because it is the 360's "killer app". but what is holding you back to stop you from paying 10$ per month to play a game that is "clearly" being mishandeld by the developer?

Also Vickie u sure seem to want the update thats gonna ruin teh game for us hardcore players in my opinion. Nothing will be hard to find anymore and things will get very boring, very fast. lol

well this is true,but it dosent explain why the gap is getting bigger and bigger with each content update. I daresay wed be much more satisfied if we were actually up to par with them in terms of where we started off rather than falling further and further behind. max attack was when? and there hasnt even been so much as a whisper of it on the US side.



well after our next 2 updates the gap closes up again to about 1-2 months instead of the 3-4 months we were at >.<



Even with the update still takes lot of time looking for boss drops not like they drop every run and 11*s not end of all things and by that i mean 12-15*s

lol @ the idea of "hardcore" PSU players... all the drops in this game are completely random, and the only reward you get for being "hardcore" is a higher level - an advantage negated by events like one we just had. Well, PC/PS2 just had - 360 still has. Oh, and well I suppose leveled PA's - which will also be adjusted to make them easier to lvl.

There is no "end game" to PSU which rewards the more dedicated players. It's the same at lvl 120 as it is at level 1 - except with a bit more special effects.


Also - one thing I'm suprised no-one has mentioned yet. If Sonic Team were capable of giving the 360 the bulk of the update content independent of the TC update - why the fuck did they put off everything for a week? Why not just leave the servers down a bit longer to sort out the content updates and go ahead and implement the bulk of the stuff the PS2/PC servers got? Seems half-assed to me.

Well it is really not that odd that we are getting the updates later because the US got the game 2 months later from the JP release. All thoe it dose seem odd that the the gap between the updates is getting bigger if you compare the JP content to the US content as someone stated earlier. Now Whats really odd is that SEGA was originally an American company based in japan and was originally known as Service Games that produced entertainment games for arcades. Also SEGA has to deal through Microsoft for PSU on the 360 so there is a delay there for the 360 servers.

Part of th coding clashed with MS, not their fault, they are giving you everything they can that isnt linked to that, blame them if you want but shit happens.

as for mechgun glitch, how does that hurt sega? hardly at all effects the players more, just puts you at risk of a ban if your reported

Correction: It is their fault. Regardless. The business world does not make accommodations for "We're trying our best", or "We didn't know!" You either do what it takes to succeed, or your fail. PSU is failing. Has been failing for some time now. If this were just an isolated incident among an otherwise sterling, or at least competent, record - it could be glossed over. As it is, it's a small issue that many people are blowing out of proportion because of the snowballing effect of Sonic Team's past fuckups.

Sorry, but I don't believe they deserve leniency. I don't think you, as paying consumers, should be apologetic to their bungles. If you still enjoy the game, then that's fine. Keep playing. But that doesn't mean you have to plaster on a smile and pretend that everything is fucking rosey in Sega land, because it most certainly is not.
