PSU-XBox 360: Sorting through the update madness

What we got:
Valentine's lobby and rappies
Story mission Episode 3 chapter 2
Parum cafe item exchange mission (two music discs and Parum move ticket?)
New colors for clothes released on last update
New casino items (including casino girl outfit)
Drop rate increase on V1 missions
Miscellaneous drop rate changes

What we didn't get:
New items from offering box (music discs and red/black Mikumiko set)
Guardians Boost Road (at least not properly working)
Caves of Ice S2 and Awoken Serpent S2
Forest of Illusion
Partner machine EX Devices
Nanotrancer EX
Grinder duping glitch fix
Machinegun glitch fix
Robot slowdown fix

I'm so confused....

I thought 360 servers were supposed to get the new S2 missions and the boost road as well. And I heard yesterday that the PC/PS2 servers were not going to get these things. Then the exact opposite happens. This doesn't upset my by any means and I don't want to start a console war but....can we get some decent information from anyone!?!?!?

I mean, if you don't believe ST is clueless when it comes to updates, you gotta believe it now. Stuff that they say we will get, we don't get and stuff that they say we won't get, we do get....

Actually this is what Sega said we would get (http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=69254), but after all the madness surrounding the botched title update as well as the "critical error" on PC/PS2 there were bound to be a lot of confused players (myself included).

Still trying to figure out where that stealth update on PC/PS2 came from....

I ran Dessert Goliath S2 and on my first run I got a cumbo mamba board from the boss boxes, I was so excited for a moment. Btw, did the drop rate increase for boss boxes in v1 missions?
