what is this item? i've heard about it from a few people online...how do i get it!?

Its a room remodeling ticket. You need to trade in 2 S Mushroom lights and a M Mushroom Light at the Colloctor quest at the juice bar in Parum West.

The lights are also obtained there, by trading in Truffles, which drop randomly basicly anywhere. (Not Poison Truffles, though)
