View Information in room

Has anything ever appeared on the View Information in the player room? I've checked a whole bunch of times there, usually right after an update or near the start of an event, which are the things that I would assume it would be used for, but nothing has ever appeared at those times or any other random times I've looked at it.

It's either shops with the owner present, or shop that were just updated...one of those two...

i heard that during the new event that Japan is getting is going to have quiz missions and hints to them will be given there

That's kinda what I've been thinking, because that's certainly what it seems.
