~Elimination~ Race 2 Event{Pc/Ps2}

[i]This race will FINALLY take place.
February 22nd on a Friday night 9:00 PM Central

Participants are asked to SIGN UP here with your team name.So we can assign groups a staff person.
If you do not register,your team MAY NOT participate if we're short on staff.So I repeat:SIGN UP HERE

Time attack mission based RACE Event.
Hosted by Team:~DreamStar~

Location:Uni 15 West parum/Juice bar Ps2/PC
Time/Date:Friday_9:00 PM central time 02/22/2008

The race will be held in all 3 AMF missions,including Mother brain. Its a straight shot run, the team that arrives at the beach lobby first wins.Once team enter beach lobby,party members must type:"ARRIVE"

The teams will be 4 players. There will be a staff in each party for a total of 5. You show up as a team of 4 max,while the staff members will be there, waiting for an invite.

The object is to finish the missions faster than the other teams. Also, teams must get an S-rank grade on each mission,ACCEPT ELECTRONIC BRAIN mission. If not, that team will be ELIMINATED.

Repeat: players and or teams can be ELIMINATED.Players ARE NOT allowed to bring scapedolls,no moons or technique that will revive your teammate.Once a person dies, he/she will be removed by the staff member from the party. That person will be done for the remainder of the event.

As stated above, the staff member will remove any fallen party member to ensure that their deaths do not affect the rank of the mission.

The staff member will be the leader of the party,in order to monitor players.Cheats or any type of glitches are not allowed,and grounds for automatic DQ.

All missions will be done at S rank difficulty. So lvl REQ is LVL 70.

Prizes will be annouced the night of the race.

All are invited, but this event is not for the non-skilled.More importantly, its fun but yet challenging.

Not sure if Team UNLIMTED POWA! will be making it this time around, some of our members have been Error 192'd from my understanding, so maybe next time.

You do understand that Scapes, Moons, and the like do not affect mission score, correct? You lose out on S Rank only when a party member does not get revived and ends up having to use the return-to-lobby option.

It's part of the event's challenge, if someone dies then that can severely hinder your team.

Eh, sorta but not really. The ones that would be interested come on at irregular times and the ones that I could depend to be online at a given date probably wouldn't want to do the race. Next time I get the chance to play, I'll ask around and see if any of them would be interested but I got a feeling they won't. lol

I'm definitely NOT going as Fortegunner. XD I was thinking of going either Acrofighter, Fighgunner, or Acrotecher if resta was allowed (I spamz me a mean resta >:3).

RESTA is Fine - its GIRESTA that they wont allow =3 Its the Revive - the way this works is if you die you're booted out. so RESTA is fine.

Figunner or Acrotecher would be best those are your best. And i think Guns will help to stay safe away from Melee Killer Monsters.

If you went AT you can help me keep the other two alive and we can throw lots of SHINY FLASHY DEATH from safe distance. BUT if you went FIGUNN we would have someone who could chop monsters up pretty quick then move on and help with guns and traps.

I say its up to you whichever you feel comfortable with. I say go with your favorite.

Sure thing Super - its not like someone is holding a gun to your head telling you to join.

But hey - looks like seven or more guild or group circles who have registered - each with multiple 4 man squads meaning.... 28 to 40 people feel like putting their money where their mouths are think this is a fun idea.

Kismet died of Megid

Rocky finished an hour later alone =3

2nd Aksion Team took a while but no one died but the race was over 30 mintutes before they finished.

CONCLUSION - I had fun even in DEATH i had a blast. And Thank you personally to my FRIENDS - The Beauty of PSU is no Official Guild System is needed if you have friends.
