Oh, i did read the joke.

However the intention is more the englisch version of the german "Wayne interessierts"
Where by Wayne is more a morph of wen (engl:who).
So if you chat with german guys and one asks: "Wayne?" or says, "Sag's Wayne" (Tell it Wayne) it's similiar to "who cares".
So and by now i can only say "Hu?" or "Tell it Hu" and it means the same.
