Where's the leveling?

Are there any areas with people there to level, or is everyone just runnning the GBR route on C and hunting Forest?

I still see plenty of S2 runs throughout Moatoob. I haven't really checked Parum. Neudaiz looks empty.

You can still find parties running White Beast, just not too many. Maybe 1 per rank.

I seem people running in Parum and Neudaiz missions looking for the Valentines day items. Scarred Planet and Sacred Stream are good spots, I suppose.
