...meseta is so easy to get now. Not like buying an S rank or even a B rank will help a lowbie.

Well, for one, please post what system you're on: PC/PS2 or 360. Two: If you're just starting out, focus on learning the basics of the game, find some people, and have fun. Three: Meseta will come to you easily if you have friends that you have fun doing missions with.
