it was a very serious offer in a serious thread. Cato/power isn't really worth more 10mil and if someone is seeking more than that well in my opinion they are being greedy. I am just talking about its cash value not it's overall worth as a trade item. So I think by making a lower offer since I know your going to ask for more is my way of keeping you within a reasonable price range, because I'm not going to pay 20-30million for it. Its just not worth when u can spend that money on something else of greater value.

no offense but...thats what many people pay, so don't expect to see it for much less for awhile. Supply Vs. Demand.
