News to everyone who sent in there problems with the photon gacha!
Good News Everyone!
Sonic Team has given me permission to return the meseta that was taken
from you through deceitful manipulation of the Photon Gacha Machine room
decoration. I apologize for how long it took to verify the transaction
logs but the game developers have been working on many critical issues
since Ambition of the Illuminus was launched, and we are finally seeing
many outstanding problems resolved.
I have added your meseta directly to your top character, if you need to
confirm this I kept a log of your meseta amount before I added your
Gacha compensation.
While SEGA takes full responsibility for releasing the Photon Gacha
Machine with a flawed warning text, please understand that collecting
and trading virtual items has an inherent risk and SEGA's stated policy
is still to deny reimbursement of any lost meseta and goods other then
from exceptional situations beyond the players control. Because there
was no warning that a room decoration would initiate a meseta
transaction, this particular exploit was very upsetting to Sonic Team
and we are all in agreement that you deserved a return of your meseta.
Thank you for your patience and we hope to provide a higher standard of
service in the future.
