It has a d-pad instead of a control stick, making it perfect for my danmaku shootin' gaemz, I am quite pleased.

Ever try playing Touhou with a control stick? There's a reason a lot of people use their keyboards.

Edit: btw, if you haven't played it, it looks like this:

I know how that is. I cannot play most fighting/shooting/arcade games using an analog stick controller. There is something about using a D-pad that offers more stability and response. I have two separate ones for that purpose, the analog one I only seem to use for PSO/PSU, though.

Touhou especially, danmaku shooters require more precise movements due to the shear amount of crap you're dodging, quick tapping doesn't work on a control stick, but I don't like using the keyboard as much as a gamepad.

I was able to manage on a joystick, though, but the d-pad makes it much easier to squeeze between the bullets, if I were worried about graze then it'd be an absolute must.

touhou's fine on a stick, although the options give you the option to do both. >_>

There's no option that I've seen, I used an x box controller, and I couldn't use the d-pad. d-pads are better for short quick movements, which makes the game easier, though angular movement is a bit better on analog.

At any rate I'm having an easier time with it now, despite not having played for 2 months.

there is an adapter for the computer that lets you use a ps2, GC or Xbox controler for the PC

Nononono, we don't need anymore of these flying animu robot chix pix mix. They get real catty from what Ronin has posted in the past.

Seriously, the dialogue involved late 90's very bad rap choruses such as "Move bitch, get out the way!" and we're talking word for Mystikal word. & nobody should ever remember this d00d's chorus words, not even one of them Hefner womens next door E! Channel.

It actually loads very fast and moves at a smooth framerate.

The basic plot to all of them is something bad is happening, so Reimu wanders off to fix it, what exactly happens varies from game to game.

Basically, you dodge crap, and shoot things so they'll stop making crap for you to dodge.

Also, it is colorful and has good music.

Touhou is a series of danmaku shooting games made by Team Shanghai Alice. They are similar to regular shooting games, but focus more on weaving through complex patterns containing anywhere from dozens to hundreds of bullets. Every game in the Touhou series is set in the fantasy land of Gensokyo and the series is known for its huge cast of characters, well-developed story lines, and related materials such as music CDs and fan-made comics. As for how to get it, I can't really get into that here.
