Need Grandfather Clock Details

One of the items released in today's update on the PC/PS2 servers was the Grandfather Clock (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/7/2980/grandfather_clock/). Since it is a fairly expensive item (50 silver), I would expect it to have some undocumented abilities like keeping time based on your system clock or having an alarm. If anyone acquires this item, I'd be interested in knowing whether it has any such abilities.

From what I've read on the Japanese wiki and heard from others, it's a cuckoo clock. When the alarm sounds, a little Rappy jumps out of the door at the top. Also, you hear the pendulum's tick-tock (ack, I feel like I'm five years old saying that <_<) and the clock hands move in real time just like the Modern Clock.
