I remember seeing these a while ago on PSUpedia. Yet they never seemed to make it into the game. watzup wiff dat?

Meh sega shot them selves in the foot...they made all this neat-o stuff, but never bothered to impliment it. Like we have weapons/PM models/equipment/techs that are in ver1 but have never been realised, nor does it look like any of it will be.

They're probably the 3rd stage evos for the unreleased PMs.
