Sadly, the Two-Headed Ragnus isn't worth much as of late. After 1Up, their value dropped a ton. A 50% one is probably the only redeemable kind left. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Given current shop prices, I'd say between 20-25mil possibly
