get to the lobbys at the end of the missions?

Im a psu noob and my question is, is there anyway to get to the lobbys at the end of the missions without completing a mission? so if theres a mission thats 3 lobbys away do i have to do all the missions to get there? thanks.

On AoI, visit any lobby once to skip there again for a small fee.

once you get to that lobby once, you can pay a little meseta to get there again via the cast lady outside the entrance to the first mission on a given planet. You can also fly to a lobby if someone on your team is already there, and that's free.

Right, I just remember after the pre-AoI patch, everyone can do it.
