Until SEGA fixes it (or announces that it's "working as intended", one of Sony online Entertainment's favorite phrases), all non-fixed-element line shields drop with a neutral element.

Probably just because of the 0%, to be honest...

Stats are very nice, its S rank, and has every slot but Extra. (And of course, only CASTs really NEED that extra slot, most of the good units go in the other three)

I have an Al-senba too but unfortunately elemental % > stats, and until that changes I probably won't be using it. :/

I imagine the only people using it are the ones who wear neutral armor because they don't like swapping armors during missions.

Despite the BAWWWW that commences when it drops due to its neutral status, its really a pretty nice armor. Ele %'s aren't all that amazing now anyways, and the armor itself has a pretty nice DFP rating as well as 3 slots. I'm actually looking forward to getting this next time it drops >_>

lol most of u should quit this game "elemental % isnt amazeing " how bout u do a S2 mission with a 0% and then with a 50% and try saying that again most of u probly never got over a 30% before so u dont know how awesome a 50% is + i use a legsless so i rock the 68% 0damage.. dont get this worthless armor

No matter how "amazing" [elemental or not] armor is, the only thing it does is lower your trimate-refilling fees after the mission is over. . .

I can see it being sort of useful for multi-elemental bosses. As for anywhere else...not so much. I do want to try pairing it with a Alteri +10 though.
