Quick question on PM lv'ing

Is it based on Mission difficuly(C,B,A,S,S2), mission end rank, or hitting enemies? And is every mission worth the same for leveling?

You get the same exp on any rank. Only thing that's a factor is your end rank. S will give you the best exp. So the quickest way to level your PM's battle stat, would be to spam C missions.
