AotI-XBox 360: Trouble talking online

ok my friends just signed on today and niether of them can hear each other but i can hear them both. can anyone giv some advice as to wut i should tell them or wut they should do?

They should check their connections. Though it sounds more like a problem that plagues many, that so far has no solution. It's a PSU exclusive issue probably derived from some faulty game coding.

There are times with PSU is a little dodgy with voice chat. Normally, simply leaving the game and coming back in, helps alleviate the problem.
