The Dulk Fakis decoration board can be purchased at MA-GRMS in Clyez City. The material needed to synth it drops from Dulk Fakis.

The HIVE decoration drops from boxes in the area of the same name.

Bio Panic is gotten from The Collector by trading Mushroom Lights (both small and medium) which are received through the trade of various truffles in the same mission.

I think you only need the cor, and not the actualy material.

By the way, I noticed that a while back, HIVEs went for 5k. Now they're 500k. Inflation is funny.
