Can anyone tell me how many mission points are needed for level 10 acro classes?

8000. It's the price you pay for getting to 10 so quickly.

roughly 8000 10-11 then it goes back to a normal amount 11-15

Military Subway. I think it grants the highest MP out of all of the missions.

Highest MP, yes, but only because its a 5 block mission.
