View Full Version : Error 192 - Anyone else got it this month?

Well I got error 192 when i tried to log in on thrusday morning. theres nothing posted at all on the official site or forums about subscription problems. I sent in a report but im not expecting a reply until tuesday minimum. Was wondering if anyone else was having this problem too.

I got this error last week but they fixed the error 192 on my account after 5 days.

well I havnt tried to log in since feb 1st. (it was my bday and the gf bought me a 360 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif) but since i heard the newest update was fixed and whatnot i figured id log back in and check it out. but yeah i sent a report right away, ive just gotta wait till the weekened is through for them to even get that.

Well, im really disappointed in this issue. I had just canceled my 360 version subscription and now this. if this keeps up i wont go back to pc and go to 360

OMG RHEA!?!?! since when are u friggin on psow? umm but no its not gameguard. its their subscription company. i read into it on there official site. error 192 has something to do with inconsistancies with your account info or having multiple accounts with diff info or something, then they flag your account as a high risk of credit card theft or identiy theft. Now what i dont understand is ive had my account active paying monthly for over a year and some months now and ive never had a problem.

I 've been here in the forums from time to time lol. Sounds like you might have to contact Sega to fix it. You should be able to send it as a question on their support site. With that though there is no telling how long it will take for them to answer you.

When I did it, it took a day or so to get a response. Then the guy who was helping me responded within the hour to my updates and fixed my issue. Hopefully you get the same guy.

Well I said in my original topic I have already sent a report in. I sent my report in on thrusday at like 12am my time, so like 2 hours before maint. so i doubt they will even read my report till end of monday or tuesday at least.

just tried to renew my account after not playing for several months and got this error... looks like it's another few months of waiting for them to fix it.... nice.

I think i'm beginning to understand how the dreamcast failed so badly..
