EX Device Mutiple Times?

Quick question. Can you use an EX device more than once on your PM? Does it reset the Battle stat?

For example if I use EX device 424 on my 430 with a battle lvl of 10 can I later use EX device 470 after I reach b lvl 30? Will switching to 424 set its lvl at 0 again?

In order: Yes, no.

They are just Normal PM devices with special requirements and a higher meseta price, that's all.
