Ebay DID ban these sort of sales, the loop hole is that they are switching sale tactics, read my above post. I'm not retyping that jargon. That is how they are making their sales through ebay. NOT to mention the countless amounts of private websites that buy and sell any MMORPG currency at ridiculous rates.

I only half skimmed this, but the only game you're allowed to sell items from on eBay is Second Life, since they said all your stuff is your property in ToS, hopefully they have client-side saving or closing their servers could prove quite the legal mess.
