There's a chance you'll get one if you fail a 7* or higher (I believe) synthesis.

Someone who has actually gotten one of these, please be very specific. Now that I think about it, I still have never made one of these decorations, and I go through an average of 10 Muktrand boards per day (30 weapon attempts, roughly 10 failures on a 9* wep per day). Im sure just like the Gnome doll that it has to be a specific rank of item that you fail, and im very sure by now that a 9* Muktrand cannot fail into one. All Ive gotten thus far are Okiku Dolls, which Im generous enough to leave in random peoples rooms and watch them look at it and then b-list me =P

I got mine from failing a 8* slicer on the last attempt of the board. The one before that also spewed out a gnome doll for me as well.

I just assumed that the game was pittying me with a good luck charm and strangely enough it seems like it helps. I just give her a pat before I pull out a synth. I'll admit I want more gnomes and less Okiku Dolls sheesh.

I have yet to get one of those dolls or a Gnome from a failed synth. What planet weapon mostly produces them? I ended up buying 2 Gnomes for 100k at a shop
