Only if you play with those lame "God/Light/Master/Evil/Orochi/Dark/Shin/Nightmare/SSJ5" characters or ones that were purposely made to be broken.

You must remember that it's not a fighting game, it's a cluterfuck of characters made by elitist nobodies until a group of them specifically make their characters for a "game".

mugen can be good if you look hard enough for near-direct rips. My friends, whom are huge fans of KoF, proceeded to find good (non-broken) characters, almost every one. So we had one big super KoF game, it was damn fun. It's just as soon as you start adding half-assed characters to the list, mugen will begin to suck in proportion.

They could have stole some SNK CRAP AI. Throw fireballs without changing frames. Doing a move yet still blocking when hit in open (low) areas.
