I dont know, ive been watching the 10* yohmei search by condition every time i log in like flies on crap, and i have to yet find it available in shops. NOT TO MENTION i have yet to see another use it. (360)

i just killed a delp and it droped a 10* slicer i swear to god, i dont think cannon even drops in america lol
