best armor for protranser

What do you think is the best armor currently for a male beast protranser. I would kinda like an ATP boost soo any armor that has a built in atp boost gets added value to me. soo whats your thoughts

I like Orpa-Senba, for the high defense, or Rabol Orpad/Lebfa for high Evade. whichever setup you're going for.

But beasts focus more on ATP/melee than they do on ranged. As a beast PT, he'd be best off using something like Jabroga, and in that case, he wouldn't want a high evade armor because if he shields it'll interrupt Jabroga. Same goes for Ikk Hikk, or any of the other high-hitting PAs. Of course, in the near future he can just get a Legsless/Rainbow to help drop evade a bit.

I guess it depends on his playstyle, really.

My vote's for Rabol Gant... Knuckles are an awesome weapon type for PT and you'll need a hell of a collection of Gudda Hons to match mass-produced Gants + grinds + 125 ATP set bonus.

I wouldn't worry too much on having a head slot for a PT, aside from mind units to boost mst, I can't think of much reason a PT would need that slot.

OKAY this is just stupid are there any armors that give an ATP boost. YOu know a hidden ATP boost worth using for protranser. LIKE how storm lines have a hidden 20 atp i believe it is. I Don't want combo armor I use spears and there is no combo for spears I dont care about rarity or price. Know can anyone answer my question or is there none that have a hidden atp boost I wish i could equip caster line but they cant to my knowledge

stormline is also is a combo and doesn't have a hidden atp boost on its' own (afaik/database).

all "hidden atp boosts" come from combos.

if you're playing PT because "omg all S ranks", then you're doing it wrong.

No. All the good ones (maybe all of them period) are class-specific. If you want a good ATP boost pick a set you'll like. They add a lot.

Dosen't dulk senba boost stats slightly though? I don't think it needed a weapon combo either.

Simply compare all line shields between 10 - 15 stars. It'll show you all lines that have atp boost.

And there's no need for calling others morons when it is you who doesn't know how to use the database and asks for help. Hope this helps.

I dunno but I guess you do have to level your ranger class type in order to go PT plus you do use lasers, grenades and such as a PT so..... makes sense? All I remember was all the whiny fG's ,"this sux Stormline's not exclusive anymore waah waah." and the like.

Unless something changed since I started leveling GT a couple weeks ago PT can't wear ANY class specific armor... the Castest Line I traded a Bil De Axe for included.

Isn't armor adding even 45ATP a bit laughable? A characters going to have more than thirty times that already.

It's available to all gunner leveled classes EXCEPT Protranser.

I figure the whole purpose of having small added stat bonuses like those was to lessen the blow of units that lower stats when equipped. Sure, having +45 atp may not seem like something to get excited over at first but when you consider equipping a unit like Tero all-save that reduces your atp by like 100 then suddenly it dosent sound so bad.

(I heard that a lot of people stopped using tero all save after its negatives were made even worse)
