I'm looking for any information on the Twin Neiclaws coming out. If anyone knows who drops this weapon on the JP servers, I'd appreciate a response. ty.

If it's tied to an NPC, I'd place my bets on Sue, but I don't actually know.

Twin Neiclaw has'nt yet been released on ANY Server. the only unique (as in Kubara but with stats that are good from the off) are :-

Silence Claw - Released in MAG - obtained by having sue in your party during the event mission and opening the boxes at the end of the Ruins.
Falclaw - Obtained during the dengeki Cup - I dont know how to obtain it (does anyone) but can be seen in offline mode

Twin Nei and Fal Claws DO EXSIT though as they where seen in some Famitsu (think it was this magazine) pages before AotI was released.

I heard it was actually a decent level, but that the stats were really bad.

It has terrible ATA and low ATP, but it's the Hunter's answer to Killer Shot and Megid. I can't wait to get one.

May want a Cati / Hit with it, as long as you're using it to cause Incapacitate you don't need ATP.

Keep in mind you need to do damage for SE to work though. ;o

But you still have your character's ATP. Not even a Newearl Protranser is not going to be able to do damage to an S2 enemy at high levels with this claw.

Well, a Protranser wouldn't be able to use it at all.

....excellent point, but I hope I at least proved my point.

Well, it's a B-rank claw I believe, so keep in mind a basic hunter can also use it.
