I had to go through a LOT of bows to make the one I've got, then pulled off 3 in the same day. You should be able to make one or two for less than 1 million.

I was lucky to get my first and only Longboc to 10/10 but I've gone through over thirty Izulcres trying to get one to 10/10. I'd agree with panzer_unit that it's worth around one million meseta. Two at the most really, it's finding a buyer that will be your problem, so many people want S rank Longbows these days that it's a little shameful for Wartechers sometimes that those of us with access to S rank Longbows are using B rank ones instead...
