leveling techs

i know you can constantly use the buff tech to increase exp. i was just reading on the japaneese psu pedia and found out this works with girest aswell even if your health is full.
didnt think that would have happened because resta doesnt work like that.

are there any other techs though that are like this or is it just the buffs and giresta?

giresta works because it's a buff -_-, so is megistar.
well to clarify, giresta is 2 parts spell and 1 part buff. Revive, heal, and add [hp recovery for x minutes]-buff.
