"This Remodeling Ticket Cannot Be Used."

Greetings PSO-World. I'm very confused.

I purchased the Old Future remodeling ticket from the store in the Colony, and went to use it, and it gives me the message in the subject when I try to do so.

I'm on PC AOTI, with my residence on the Colony. I checked PSUpedia, searched the forums, and checked the guides section, and haven't found any comments relating to this.

Why can't I use my ticket? Any help would be much appreciated.

Is this on an old or a new character? If it's on a new character you've made AFTER getting AotI then they will automatically start off with that room layout. If it's an old character you need to put away all of your room decorations before you can use a remodeling ticket

Ah, it's a new character, yes.

So, the starting layout is Old Future then, huh. Thanks for the help, I figured it was something simple I was overlooking - I did put my decorations away, though.

Well, back to my quest of trying to find a room decoration ticket that doesn't look like I just covered my walls in corkboard.
