i saw some s ranks with non eles had effects can any one tell me witch ones have this?

Think he means inflicting status effects... don't think it changes the way the weapon looks besides it being green... and obviously he means striking weps.

I'd like to see a neutral Repca at +10 O.O!

Kubara whip (?), Sweet Death (sleep), Deva Zashi (silence)... those can be made neutral and still have SE. Probably more.
